Mike Wind of Perpetua Advisors delivered a keynote address, followed by a panel discussion about the importance of an "Outside In" approach to business systems versus traditional "Inside Out" behaviors.

What is an "Outside In"Approach?
Unlike traditional ERP-centric initiatives, an "outside in" approach means you begin the process with am external view, whether customer, supplier or employee. It takes a ruthless priority on accurate data, while also recognizing the cultural and process implications. This approach is essential to any company wanted to become more "digital" - something which is required even for smaller and mid-sized companies.
